what u mean it shud be 30 yrs o not 30 yrs for civilizians. ?

i think i t shud be 30 yrs n yes for thosewho have completed masters .

bcause those who acquire 4 rys bachelor degree have to wait almost one year for their degree which makes it 5 yrs and then when they get into masters it takes either another yr or 2 yrs to complete n get those documents .

so i think it shud go upto 29 or 30 yrs .

it will help to introduce better n experienced . ppl .
