A lobby contains numerous number of black sheep doesn't want new recruitment in FIA Cyber Crime Wing. Therefore they filed two writ petitions.
1: Employees of FIA want their promotions and permanent status.
2: They don't agree with the testing agency(UTS), because they think they were selected through FPSC that takes two years to appoint a single vacancy and conducts test using old paper pattern(No use of new technologies in FPSC test). UTS conducts tests with updated contents of Digital Forensics, FPSC can't select these contents in its syllabus because FPSC working in 17th century.
Questions:
Are new officers responsible for their promotions even they signed their contracts (LAME EXCUSE #1: )
Did they not know when they choose UTS (LAME EXCUSE #2)
