IHC would not cancel these vacancies until/unless they found violation of law. as you know, these vacancies were published according to law and will be appointed with their service structure accordingly(if black sheep were not involved). Now Assist. Attorney General and defense lawyer can delay procedure with their ambiguous arguments. Court will delay the decision as much as they want. this is simple game of delay. therefore, these vacancies have no chance to finalize. You may counter file if you want.
