Go for sociology, you'll find tons of material, down to the very intricate level, online
Makes for a convenient and joyful study/prep
On the other hand:
Anthropology, scarce study resources. If you don't have a friend who's done BS or Masters in it; you'll get stuck with some topics and/or won't feel satisfied about your paper attempting finesse.
