Paper-2 wasn't very tough as well, I was able to understand the questions and knew where these questions came from. Sadly, I can't choose both mathematics and physics. However I am planning on choosing Physics as well. Other subjects I have chosen are Political Science, Int. Law, USA history. Please guide me with your views , it will be a great help.
If you are doing an MS from UET, I have no doubt that you can do well in Physics. You may also check the combo Applied Maths and Statistics. This combination went well for me.

Usually for scientific subjects it is good to consult a subject specialist.

As far as your combo is concerned, it seems fine as long as you are interested in these subjects.
