On the request of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani the President of Pakistan Mr. Asif Ali Zardari has taken back the Mobile Courts Ordinance. I think it is a good news. The ordinance was void ab-initio as the President can not promulgate an ordinance while the assembly is in session.
