Just study what you love. They wont change the CSS rules because it will be unpopular and governments have to be reelected. Plus, Pakistan has terrible education system, so I don't think that they will stop anyone from entering CSS. Maybe you can join a less women friendly field and be an agent of change for that. Believe in yourself!
I know I can do anything I want to and Css is not something that means a world to me but guess what it gives you the needed independence and power to do those things which really needs to be done. I can't reveal my goals here cause I don't like to be subjective in such forums.
I have no problem with NGO'S. For me there is no honourable or dishonorable profession. I was just talking about society's perspective. And I will never ever leave literature, that's love of my life. Yeah, I write.
