I got a call from the HR number today because of some issues they were having with my confirmation email. They told me my letter was the last to be dispatched today because of that issue and that letters have all been dispatched today.

If they were dispatched early on today then I think they will start reaching recipients by tomorrow noon and if it was later in the day then within the next two days.
