Can I apply for CSS on my NICOP?
I was born in Saudi Arabia but left it in 2015 and have since been living in Pakistan. But I never got a chance or thought about changing it to the simple NIC as it hasn't yet been expired.
My permanent address on NICOP is of Pakistan where i am currently residing.
So can i?
