You may confirm the fees etc by calling them.

Yes you may discontinue after compulsory subjects if you choose to do so. For you to have that option you must pay the fees in instalments. It costs a bit more than paying the full fees upfront. This was their policy in 2017-18. Again, you may call them to confirm.
