Classroom - a collection of a limited space having students, is bound to discover talent, produce capacity, engender potency and help shape adding ethics and values to societies, and striving to protect that society from evils and vices. 2.1- The selection Of candidates in a school, college, or university or Hadassah is based upon a certain criteria of weighing marks. Also the selection of candidates is related to the number of available seats in a classroom, which is a part of the intended criteria of the educational institutions. Moreover, Quota based selection is also a factor. This Quota based rule of enrollment makes the quota related students get easy enrollment in the new classrooms.

3.1- No matter whether a classroom has less or more Educants, inside the classroom their is a need of keeping it's environment peacefull. By Keeping the environment of the classroom peacefull, focus and concentration of the Educator and Educants do not get distracted. Which helps increasing the efficiency of both of them, To deliver a productive lecture and gain a productive lecture, - This can be phrased as "Communication between the educators and the Eduacants in the classrooms" .

3.2- If the Educants get distracted during the delivery of a lecture, the distracted Educants must be pointed out by the Educator in a sound and smooth manner. So That the other candidates during the flow of learning do not get distracted too. This helps in refreshing the distracted candidate and other students of that class in a sound and peacfull manner - This can be phrased as the "Harmony in the Classrooms".

3.3- Syllabus of the classrooms as been divided in portions, and it's completion, relative to the educational months of an year, or it's cotents divided per the educational semester - gives maintainence to the course work. Where the students do no get flopped or suffer from availing their exact right of learning in time by the educators. This makes the studies easy for the Educants, as they will be care-free about the completion of their course work. Which can be phrased as the "Liability of the educators and gaining capacity of the students in the classrooms".

3.4- Raising and rewarding the competent candidates in the classrooms. Also giving confidence in the classrooms to the creative students to write-publish their compositions, in the magazines of the concerned educational institutions. Moreover, guiding the students to keep themselves away from the political federations existing there in at some educational institutions, is crucial, while adding the dye of social life instructions along with the course work for being successful in the sphere of social relationships. This can be phrased as the "Courtesy of the Educators in the Classrooms".

3.5- Inculcating and maturing the sense of help in the students is another standard of a well-established classroom, as well as of the society. There at the classrooms students help each other regarding a missed lesson, or help each other in preparing assignments, or provide research related help, or show interest in each other's concerns related to educational sphere. This rule inculcate a sense of responsibility in the students for being studious and work hard - Which decides the Future Potential and flexibility of The Nation.

4.2- Preparation prior to attend the class in the personality of an educator is extremely important. Which set forth the route of smoothly attending the class, i.e. without interruption. This Keeps the confidence of the educator high, i.e. keeping him/her ready to answers the relevant questions, if the students have any query during the class. This also help in managing and upholding the rhythm and flow of completing the course-work as per the syllabus, in time. Here the rule is "utilizing the preparation as an armour", Which inculcate a "sense of trust and safety" both in the Educators and the Educants, in the Classrooms - Making both The educator and the Educants believe in the Purity and Prestinity by making their minds clear with belief of preparation - which is the base of deciding the furure of the Nation Lucid.

4.3- Managing the class requires a skilled psyche. This management includes keeping the students attentive while refreshing them at points, sustaining their interest during the delivery of lecture, making the students get the main points during the class, and asking the students to pose queries at the end of the class. This is a needed strategy to observe what the students gain through-out the duration of the concerned period. Here the rule is "Proper Management is a Strategy is to conquer the class". However in the secular classrooms, Islamic Education is assigned to the Qaris and Ulemas at schools and colleges, and to the scholars at the universities. Who are the actual role models for the students to aid and strengthen their personalities. Here the rule is "Genuineness is the right track which last long", Which add unique literate citizens to the society(s) - Which decides the "Ethics and Values" of the concerned Nations.



5. "Possible Weaknesses and Debilities In An Ideal Teacher ( Relating An Ideal Classroom ), - Restricting The Progressive Prospects About The Future Of A Nation"

5.1- Carelessness is main point in the intended topic. Such teachers spoil the needed lectures, class durations and making the students unproductive for society(s). Which cast a shadow of restricted progress upon the society.

5.2- Presenting themselves to the class in such a way so that the students do not understand whether they are improving mentality and spiritually or not. This Sort of presentation of a weak and debilitated educator to the class render such citizens to the society, who instead of being considerably literate adopt the route of violating the ethics and values of the society, because of having no sense of responsible citizenry. Which put a dot to the restricted social progress.

5.3- Responsibility of peace in society is dependent upon the educators to educate the Educants. However, if the educators are not well-versed they cannot cultivate peace promoting candidates. Which is the most miserable aspect of the society left vacant by such Educators. Which put the social progress on it's knees.

5.4- Literate ignorance prevailed in society because of weak and debilities oriented educators, render such parents to the society who rarely consider the importance of education for their children. This is another weakened aspect of society left ignored, for which the irresponsible educators are responsible - which they do in a passive way. And this Restrict social progress.

5.5- Unemployment for the weakly educated candidates is caused by the weak educators, who render such citizens to the society, who can not find opportunities because of their weak academic career, and then they definitely relate this misfortune to the weak educators and curse them - which keeps the social progress restricted.

Restricted progress of the society is all because of the educators possessing weaknesses and Debilities, as I wrote above in the presented topic.



6. "Suggesting Measures To The Teachers With Debilteis, To Heal' Themselves To Become Ideal - To Present Themselves As Role Models To The Classrooms And Help Manipulate The Future Of The Nation"

6.1- Endorsing their own prestige, as weakened teachers by being careless about themselves spoil their personality and it' s presentation to the class. Which set forth the demand for posing themselves to the class as role models of respect and prestige. Which establishes a bond of compassion and trust between the students exemplary for the society in future. This closeness between the citizens maintain the integrity of the concerned society(s).

6.2- Neglecting the spare of time by weak educators, help support maintain the flow of lectures during individual classes, as well as during the coverage of the whole syllabus across the year or semester. Which gives value to such duration(s). This valuing of time awaken the guts in students to make their life worthwhile. Which flashes the faces of such literate citizens of the future to welcome the upcoming life warmly - to add a clue of being productive in society(s).

6.3- Dealing with less competency in educators by themselves is additional strategy. Which involve reviving the capacity of the students to keep their competency in flow. This inclusion in the commendations of weak educators, add piety to the society and evoke the removal of the weakness of Educators about not being passionate in educating the Educants, Islamically. At the secular schools, colleges and universities the relative Qaris and Ulemas need to do the same.

6.5- Collecting the jeopardizes of weak students is a hallmark of the competent educators. Prior to that the removal of possibly existing jeopardies in weak educators, is extremely important and a lot easy - as the educators because of high age and more experience use to be mature. This self-analysis and the analysis of the Educants is a base for the removal of jeopardies from society(s).


7. " Astonishing Features Of The Educants , Who Get Through The Experience Of The Above Well-Established Classrooms".

7.1- Experienced Educants of the classrooms, after completing their studies - involve themselves in the scope of their concerned fields in the society, where their role become obvious rendered on basis of Humanism in society. This helps giving solidarity and shape to the society according to the Will of such Learned Educants.

7.3- Aalytical Educants after completing their studies at the classrooms - analyze society in their concerned feilds, like political analysts, economic analysts, judicial analyst ( If not, there needs to be - in society ), and social analysts, where they help restore the lost potential in the concerned avenues of the society(s). This is the crux from where the society can sparkle it's progress.

7.4- Suggesstive Educants after completing their studies at the classrooms - pitch such measures to the professional healers of the society(s) problems, who Adopt-Apply these measures and can even have a door-to-door census for the pitched measures to the society(s) problems - to know whether they are successful or not.

7.5- Spiritually Strong Educants after completing their studies at the classrooms - make the essence of the society more established and strong, which is related to purity, piety, and prestinity. This sets society on the path of chastity, where each citizen taste the worldly life and spiritual life in the same bowl of society(s).



8. Conclusion

Classrooms decide the future of the Nation. Classrooms are the most unique limited spaces of the educational institutions in society, where a nation in the form of students is prepared for a successful future life.

Successful life is all about the ethics of each profession of life and the values of each sphere of life, in society - for which the students are prepared at the classrooms of both the religious and the worldly education - which decides the future of the Nation.
