They might offer you salary around what you are taking right now, but i must say growth for non-engineers moves like snail, I've some acquaintances whose fifth year is going and there is no of promotion. But engineering staff goes up like taking steps of a ladder. However, salary goes up swiftly as compared to other departments of the govt. And most importantly, home station posting is something peculiar in SNGPL. Therefore, analyze every aspect and then decide.
