4AM...... Gaurd led me to the basement where there was arrangement for the collection of documents. At 8:45AM, 2 HR officers came and asked whether we have all the photocopies of documents. If not, let them know so they would arrange the photocopies and won't be a problem once they start collecting the documents. Hearing this, I felt small waves of anger because I had face some problem in attestation of documents. After that, they asked did everyone body get the employment letter. One did not so they asked him to fill one..... Then they started collecting documents. Save your time and arrange your degrees from latest to metric and then experience from present to first.... They need Experience letter from present employer to get proof of the joining date. So if your latest salary slip has the joining date, great.. if not, keep joining letter with you....
they were sending 10 people at a time for interview. Total 45 candidates were called and 34 came..... At 12:30, they called more people including me. At 1
0, panel took break. It was quite strange that HR officers did not know about the break and had called more people up while previous ones were already waiting for their turn. So we all came back again and took lunch. At 2:15 PM, interview resumed and waiting waiting and waiting. My turn came at 3:45..... Interview was hardly of 5 to 7 minutes.
They asked me to tell about myself. one or two questions from my answers. then asked about MS Office proficiency. And then THANK YOU!
They were asking alllll engineers about sales job. Salary would be around 40k-45k....
Lets see what happens........... People were saying there that they would hire 1 out of 3 people. Total 180 people have been called for this category which in itself include 5 categories.......
