Serving as Assistant BS-16 under punjab revenue department, commissioner office i can tell you that this post in punjab revenue authority is one of the best places to work.....being an authority it has better pay packages and obviously the powers to conduct raids etc. The enforcement officer post is a very key post and after some years of service one can be promoted to AD enforcement as well....so basically it has a career path.
