Once upon a time , I asked my uncle the same question. He replied that beta csps badshah hote hain badshah. Csps are real executive of this country . Officers of all 12 group get free medical from government hospitals. Some groups have other perks and privileges for example PAS officer would get house, car, and many other benefits. In addition to materialistic benefits, csps are respected by all people of the country. Just go to district municipal office , you would see the respect of AC or DC. Hence, csps get a lot of perks and privileges according to a group in which they are allocated.
