Don't know much about Geography.
I second @Dire Wolf's opinion. But you have to keep in mind that compulsory subjects don't yield much score; on average their score is 45%-55% ( of passing candidates). So you have to choose those optional subjects which could help you gain more score and raise your overall merit. Field subjects do have the advantage that you are familiar with them and their preparation is easy, but they rarely give 60+ marks.
Chemistry, Zoology and Indo-Pak history do not have reputation of giving high scores easily. So you should try to fill rest 2 options with high scoring subjects.
