The bottom two will cover your syllabus in a more academic fashion. Zinn's book will provide you with a commentary based approach that can help you develop arguments in a factual and interest-grabbing manner.

You won't find any one book on the subject that can satisfy your need for this subject. I would recommend that you study from at least two books to cover some of the finer aspects.
