What you guys suggest to someone who is starting preparation in September. He should go with own notes making strategy or get someone's notes or books and start preparing from them?

I know self prepared notes are far better than notes written by others but keeping in mind the time remaining for CE-21 What you suggest?

PS: the person has no bavkground knowledge of any subject except islamic studies/pak studies (basic knowledge and that is because he has gone through them during academic time)
