I want to know about Air Traffic Control cadre of PAF.How one can get inducted in ATC? Is it a permanent commission or short service commission ?Moreover , are the inductees selected straight away in ATC after ISSB or it depends on your performance during training period and some cadets are selected as GDP and others are appointed as ATCO, etc.
