According to the author, contemporary educationists discourage interference in children decision making. But if a teacher has a natural tendency towards children and enjoy their company without any eager, then he can mould them in any shape/model without any resistance. The author further suggests that there should be part time teacher, as they would have the energy and passion to handle children with love and affection. Any desired action or result could be achieved from children, once they considered that are being loved by teacher.
