I am so furious with the person who set the syllabus of Pub Admin.

I have been searching for the term Administrative Buffering and there is no such thing in Public Administration. There is however one term "Organizational Buffering", which I doubt is the same term used in syllabus.

The syllabus itself is so vast that it seems as if the examiner is testing knowledge of PHDs.

I would recommend everybody to refrain from this subject....

And if anybody know anything about this concept please explain.....
