I was also thinking the same thing. Some profiles were simply created to market the same teacher as if he has a tonic for the CSS preparation. People disguised as students deliberately try to praise and accolade him. Either it is the same person or a few hired to do this.
There should be an option of location on the post so that people may know whether multiple posts are from the same city, town or district.
