For 2018 I was totally against the policy of 20
Percent. If a person cannot get the bear minimum of 40, then what can you expect from him/her in the written and it proved right when result was declared in july 2019.
This time the situation is quite different. We have a cut off of 65 plus which is shocking to be honest.
