For all the new aspirants and x qualifiers like myself. My simple advice for pms is, try to score maximum in written. No matter what because majority of written qualifiers will not be allocated by a margin of 5-10 marks for each zone.

The competition gets tough in the later stages and only written marks can help you get a slot.
