For those of you who have qualified. One guy shared KPPSC's reply on PM portal for exam date yesterday. These are the exact remarks:

Dear Candidate!
The commission has not decided yet to reduce the target marks up to 40%. As far as Competitive exam is concerned, it is expected to be held in Nov-Dec 2021.


I don't know if this is real or not but the screenshot looked real to me.
One other thing, as per the press release, the standing committee has directed the commission to halt the induction process till 20th September. So exam might be delayed even further.
