This dragging is frustrating; people have goals, people have a life. There should be a quick yes and no in these matters and enough guts in the population to accept the decision. Finally some nice compliments from rational qualifier. sir you have explained and got the exact point very well. it is this ill system that doesnot provide equal oppertunity to all is citizens. The case is in the court and we are just fighting for our rights. How can we become headache for qualifiers. It is kppsc that makes the situation worse rather than to solve the issue.so donot blame non qualifiers...
