No they are not. These notes are old now. Syllabus has changed now. And even if they are for old syllabus still they are incomplete. More than this , they are just copy paste stuff. Don't know from where he copied them.

Go to syllabus tab on top right corner of this page and from there you can find syllabus for journalism and mass communication. And notes for new syllabus. Well ,better to search three topics through Google maybe and make your own notes on them.
