There are various books available, an easier way is to download free economics books available online. Some of these books are:

Micro Economics and Macro Economics both by Gregory Mankiw.
For Econometrics you can download Basic Econometrics by Gujrati.

I am not sure about the syllabus of BZU, you can ask any student in MSc Economics studying at the department. I may be of some help if you need these books in electronic form.
