The ingredients of politics have miserably changed in the world for much too long. That’s why as a matter of fact politics is not understood as lucrative, worthwhile or good in developed countries for their people as well as their countries. The leaders rather opt to deliver with proven work instead of playing a game of politics in developed countries or rest of the world.

Politics is a game of blame, leg pulling, targeting, backbiting, conspiracy and exploitation as dirty politics instead of constructive negotiations and discussions having proven work and substantial solutions. Likewise it is mostly found in developing countries nowadays.

People can’t have conceived of difference between leaders and politicians until now. According to one of prominent leaders.*A politician is campaigning for an election mostly for their selfish ambitions, while a leader is raising support to advance a worthy cause for their nations’ development.

In developed countries people want to be leaders instead of politicians whereas in developing counties people dream of being politicians assuming politics as worthy which is lethal and pathetic for their people as well as their countries.

There is grave need of rejecting politics and welcoming leadership in developing countries. Folks should aspire to be leaders instead of politicians. Opting to be politicians is one of apparent reasons that they can’t have stabilized their economies and brought prosperity for their people in their countires until now.
