Salam Dear members,
I have been appointed as C/O BPS-16 at DC Office Abbottabad. Test was conducted through ETEA and Interview was conducted by the ADC.
I am fairly happy as I will be joining the DC Office after eid. However I have heard from fellow batch mates (total 18 seats) that there is no promotion structure for Computer operators and they have to spend entirety of their career in grade 16, Which is kind of unfair and disappointing.
I am now thinking about pursuing the job of Assistant BPS-16 in future. Can you shed any light on this matter?
