1. Han to some extent ap keh len ke advantage apko maturity ka ho jata because already u r a trained offr to ap achey se chezen handle kr letey when it comes to psy test and interview.
2. All those offr who join engr arm whether they are rect through long course or short svc woh ni apply kr sktey because engr arm comes under tech arm of Army.
