Optionals > IR, sociology, env science and Physics. IR went well too although this time it was more like CA, but definitely linked theories with current scenario in P2. env sc was a surprise, very unconventional paper where one totally had to rely on on-spot knowledge and structuring of answers on basis of that. Sociology was also same, had to produce original ideas and headings in relevance to the given theorists and perspectives. The hardestt to crack was Physics, prepared alot for it but FPSC had surprise in store for us. Paper 1 was a shock. All questions were from syllabus of paper 2 ,that too very analytical. Never saw them in past papers. Paper 2 was just slightly better but didn't help much. For sure Physics was targeted this year. Targeting science optionals like this is so unfair, makes candidates suffer across the board due to just one subj, that too which is opted by v less candidates and there is no use filtering them out. Hoping for the best result iA

Absolutely, the same was the case with Computer Science. Paper 1 was slightly better but Paper 2 was totally out of the box. I don't know about Physics but in CS we have sections comprising different major subjects, and the examiner asks questions from, mostly, each subject. This time he touched only a handful of subjects and completely overlooked 60% of the syllabus.
