Default The Visionary Leaders Of Pakistan

The vision of Pakistan couldn’t have been adopted by its leaders as the way forward strategy right from the beginning. If we looked at this thing in further detail, we would come to know that either the leaders did not have a strategic vision for the development of Pakistan or they have been merely implicated in corruption until now. So whenever these questions were asked of Pakistani politicians, they went unanswered.

The institutions have always been the target of being vulnerable on account of the lack of heed and interest of the leaders towards the vision of Pakistan. Besides, the main interest couldn’t be given to the economic development of the country.

It is suggested that the institutions be reformed so as to function independently and commence generating adequate revenues, so that there can be economic development in the country even with low corruption and debts. Seeing that we can’t hang corrupt politicians like they did in China so as to develop its economy and country,

A few examples of visionary leaders can be found in our nearest countries, like China and the United Arab Emirates. Chinese leaders devised a plan and a way forward strategy to develop their economy and country forty years ago, and China became a developed country with one of the leading economies in the world.

Likewise, visionary leaders saw a vision to develop the UAE’s economy and country almost forty years ago. They succeeded in turning deserts into developed cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharja, and other cities in the United Arab Emirates as International business hubs in the world. There were deserts everywhere in the UAE almost forty years ago. They only had one small airport and oil as a natural resource in the country.

The leaders of these countries had come up with long-term plans for developing their economies and countries. They were sincere and honest with their nations; that’s why they had visions to develop their countries for the next generation, and their next generations are seeing their developed countries now, whereas there has been a predicament in Pakistan that its leaders haven’t been sincere and honest with the nation until now.

The leaders will have to become visionary leaders in Pakistan. They need to have vision to develop the economy and country for the next generation. They should have to devise a long-term plan and a way-forward strategy, like the leaders of China and the United Arab Emirates did forty years ago.

The successful policies of economic development should be continued by the next regime for the next thirty years so as to get a substantial outcome from the policies in a true manner. As a matter of fact, we did halt the successful policies of the previous regime, losing the benefit of them every time in the past. This is the reason why there hasn’t been economic development in Pakistan for way too long.
