Default The Consequences Of Escalated Contravention

As far as contravention is concerned, following Imran Khan and his party on May 9, 2023. Pakistan’s law-and-order situation was to have deteriorated.

Riots started because of Imran Khan’s instructions to his supporters; the decisions he made were unlawful and in contravention of the law. He implicated himself in a jeopardy situation; otherwise, no initiatives to implicate him or get him into such a situation were taken by the regime.

As far as I get, he underestimated the steadfastness as well as the government’s rit following his popularity in the country.

He actually proceeded towards his arrogance and some greed, which had him and his party sinking too.

Everyone wishes that, if only the government didn’t undermine the democratic process and Upheld democratic principles handling the situation with more tactics and diplomacy, seeking dialogue and understanding rather than resorting to such heavy-loaded measures.*

However, Imran Khan left the regime with unwanted decisions and no other options, just as he escalated contravention within the country. His supporters not just vandalised public and private properties; they had tussels with the law enforcement forces and violated the law on May 9, 2023.

He was to have been halted following the incident in Lahore under seige of his supporters on March 14, 2023, by the regime. Later on, stern action was taken by the army because they were left with no other option than halting Imran Khan and his supporters from amplifying riots. The law and order situation could have ramped up and gotten even worse if the army had not handled situations like that in the country.

There is a bit of need to ponder the regime’s decisions in the context of the country. If the regime or army had not taken these decisions to control the escalating situation, the law and order would have been out of control and could have been overturned in the country.

Imran Khan was convicted and jailed. His party was shrunk, and most of his party’s leaders were rejected, qualifying for the upcoming general election on February 8, 2024.
