But not every time are people basing their remarks on preconception, sometimes wrong decisions are actually taken by such boards and commissions, after all they are also managed by humans like us.
P.S. It has been my observation at the national level that many of us include our armed forces among those holy cows whom people should not and can not criticize. Such bias is not justified until or unless the critic remains sane and only if he goes inordinate then limits ought to be placed.

Absolutely agreed, I was merely pointing out that a mistake/errors of judgments can obviously be made by any one, at anytime. But to use that as the sole reason to suggest that the criteria entails one to be "mediocre" so to speak is a flawed logic in my opinion, and that goes double for the gentleman/lady who suggested that FPSC process is based along similar lines...
