Dear Shoaib, if you take the pain in going through the thread you will find that she has mentioned that she opted for Islamiyat in Urdu and gave quotes in Arabic. To quote her " Islamiat question:The length of my answer is about 4-7 pages and I quoted in Arabic."

So you can guess that Urdu would be her answer. It all depends on you. If you feel that you can write properly in urdu then you should go for it in urdu otherwise English is the only solution. From what i have heard majority of the one's who score really good marks in Islamiyat take Islamiyat in Urdu.
