I think the names of these institutions say it all, that they are well groomed to be army officers. I do not see any prejudice, it is just that the candidates coming from these institutions are groomed under retd Army officers ( in most case, i hope so ) therefore they have a first hand knowledge of how to present one self in the interview session and the psychological. This my "Naqis Raii" anyone can disagree.

well we have changed to title of the thread and i agree that we should've changed it before you noticed it. Anyways we seek further positive contributions from you in the future as well.
One thing more the posts were deleted not because we restrict individual's right to come out with his/her opinion regarding a particular thing but because certain members belonging from the Armed forces took strong expection to them and reported the posts again and again hence we were forced to delete them. All i meant was that we should focus our energies on learning here.
