I've just got another ques out of the blue,...umm it's a dfr one and it is:
During break of 2 hrs.... ( time 12.00 to 2.00) ....what should i take
, i mean, i feel so dizzy after eating,
in that way it's goona affect my efficiency i know. And if i dont take anything it's gonna also affect my work, this i also know! so in either way I'm in fix.
Please suggest smthing which keeps me active during 8 hrs time period, especially the later one. and would u recommend energy drinks?
