Sad very sad, Regardless of the claims that Americans make of who these people are, every human being deserves a humane behavior.

Reading all these, I wonder why all the American media paints a grim picture of the hostages being treated badly by their captors in Iraq, when they themselves cannot treat people humanely. I guess insurgents in Iraq are following rule of HEAD FOR HEAD and so on.

I guess America being a superpower is breaking all the laws written in the book, so what do they expect out of others.

I wanna recommend a movie made last year on the topic of Prisoners of War, a movie called a THE GREAT RAID, which was made on the American Soldiers in captivity by Japanese in WWII. I think everyone should see it to see what the lawyer in the article is talking about.
