The blood group O+ can only receive from O+, A+, B+ and AB+
however the blood group O- is considered as the universal donor

The universal recipient is the group AB. This is because both A and B antigens are present on the RBCs and are both self antigens, hence they can receive blood from all groups and are universal recipient.
