and the answere of qazil-ul-quzzat is confirm through the book which i refer was history of INDO PAK by K.ALI in ehich it state that the judicial system the quazi-ul-quzat was the chief judicial functionarry in the state. he was assisted by two officials the Mufti and the Mir Adl. the Mufti expounded the law and the Qazi delievered the verdict.
in another book of urdu Tarekh pak wa hind by Prof. Mohd basheer Ahmend state in the Administration system that king as he was soo busy in his other responsibilities that he assign Qazil-ul-Quzzat who was responsible for the providing justics to nation and it is the heighest designayion in court.
so sir question ask about the office held supreme judicial authority !
