Experience of most of candidates including myself in 2008 has been that about half of interview is conducted on personality.It includes all those things which one mentions in his application form or profile that is filled while psychological tests i.e. family background, education particulaly subject of specialization,hobbies, co-curricular activities,research work,,merits and demerits,choice of group plus anything that psychologists point out in the personality.So, to some extent one can givethe direction of interview.Therefore candidates should be very careful while filling forms and givinsg personal data.It matters a lot.
