Brother you are 100 percent right that there is no hard and fast rule either lines or words for the conclusion. But dear I imitates the DAWN NEWS paper style of conclusion. The conclusion can be ink on one line. However, it depends upon size and nature of material.
It is really an art and skill to conclude material. I echo your words “ Samandar ko konzy main band karma”.
