Tribal conflicts
Poverty
unemployment

As level of my thinking i have placed some of causes but i really love to know certein more causes.

disillusionment with the system,
failure in love,
mental agonies,
helplessness and hopelessness have also been the additional factors which have turned a gentleman a terrorist and butcher.
