Dear,depends on ure temperament and grooming.If u want power,prestige and social recognition PSP is the best.I dnt say Grandeur of DMG is gone bye.
After devolution ,given political pull and push a DMG officer(in Sindh) can hardly find enough room to deliver sth special.Moreover in BS 18 u ll be commanding District Police whereas a DMG has to be in 19 or 20 for posting as DCO.Furthermore,u r the best judge.I can quote number of incidents.....
