I know that this is irrelevant from the discussion going on, i would be grateful if anyone could answer my following queries:

1. How do I prepare Current and Pakistan affairs from newspaper, which points I should have in my mind while reading the newspaper? Whcih sections are more important? and which sections could be ignored?

2. There is syllabus for each and every subject, I want to ask that Is this syllabus strictly followed in CSS papers also? How much should i rely on syllabus?
