Military attachement lasts for 3 to 4 weeks. Officers are sent in groups to different cores and brigades of the army in different cantts all around the country. A few officers from senior batches were even attached with units working in the most hot and actively engaged units in areas of FATA and Balochistan. There you dress up in an Army unifrom badged as captain. The officers are attached with different units of army for around two weeks. They make you interact with army officers and staff. You follow some routines of army drills daily and also visit different functional divisions within the units.
According to the seniors, it is a fun filled experience, however, some even considered it as something to get over with. (People's experiences obviously depend upon their personal preferences and also on the CO's of the units they were attached with
