First of all welcome at the forum.My best wishes are with you to get from and contribute something productive at this forum.

Essay length depends upon your speed which should not be at the cost of accuracy. Length,devoid of accuracy, leads to failure. So concentrate on quality of what you write:grammar,structures,knowledge,analysis and so on.
Condition of writing 4000-5000 words in CSS Essay paper is merely a formality as some of my friends,according to whom, passed the essay paper by writing about 1800-2000 words.If you can write 2000-2500 words then it will be suffice and safely out of danger...
