Former CJP to challenge SC verdict

ISLAMABAD: Former chief justice of Pakistan Justice (Retd.) Abdul Hamid Dogar has decided to challenge the constitutional position of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

Malik Muhammad Qayum, counsel of Justice (Retd.) Abdul Hamid Dogar, Saturday said consultations are being held in this regard.

He said Justice (Retd.) Abdul Hamid Dogar will challenge the July 31 verdict of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
