well the Civil Services academy officers club is doing a great job by guiding the new aspirants. i joined the academy and learned alot abut CSS, previously i had no idea about css exams and all that jazz because i have a technical background i.e. engineering. and i got many misconceptions cleared.
but yes aliza kasi is quite right, new CSPs should start doing something for the new aspirants. much needed in quetta as there's lesser representation of balochistan in Civil services of Pakistan
